Movie Summary
Shoeshine, an unemployed, homeless beagle, is adopted by a security guard with a 12 year old son, Jack. Jack discovers Shoeshine has super canine powers but decides to keep the secret to himself. Shoeshine renames himself Underdog and sets out to save Capitol City and the world from evil.
